Role Overview

As a Sales & Accounts Management Representative, you will be responsible for both generating new business and managing existing client relationships across Philadelphia and New Jersey. This dual focus allows you to earn commissions on new sales while also receiving monthly residual income for every client you retain—providing true, uncapped earning potential.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, and secure new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction

  • Present tailored KlutterBox service solutions to residential and commercial clients

  • Negotiate agreements, close deals, and oversee contract renewals

  • Provide proactive follow-up and account management support

  • Track leads, client communications, and performance metrics in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance sales and retention strategies

  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets

 

Performance Expectations

  • 20+ outreach contacts per day (calls, emails, or visits)

  • 3+ client meetings or presentations daily

  • 2–5 new client signings per week

  • Ongoing retention check-ins with active accounts

  • Weekly sales and retention reporting

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or client relations

  • Proven success in closing deals and managing ongoing accounts

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, ZoHo, Salesforce, Connecteam, or similar)

  • Knowledge of the cleaning, janitorial, or facilities service industries preferred

  • Active driver’s license in good standing required

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Commission-only with uncapped earning potential

  • Residual Income: Earn 5%–10% of each client’s agreement cost per month for every client you retain, for the length of your tenure with KlutterBox

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Weekends optional, based on appointments you schedule

  • No work required on major holidays (New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)

 

Additional Details

This is a performance-driven role that requires candidates to deliver from day one. Formal training will not be provided, but KlutterBox offers tools and support to help you succeed. Performance will be reviewed at 90 days and semi-annually thereafter. High-performing individuals will be considered for promotion into senior sales or leadership roles as opportunities become available.
