What’s Included: (Our Team Does Pull Out Furniture & Appliances for All DeepSurge Cleanings; This is specifically Tailored for upto 1,200 sq. ft residential home) • Living Room: Complete dusting of all surfaces (including high/reach areas), vacuuming or mopping, baseboards detailed, and ventilation vents thoroughly cleaned. • Kitchen: Deep sanitization of countertops, sink, stovetop, and all appliance and cabinet exteriors. Includes high dusting, touchpoint disinfection, and dish cleaning (up to 20 pieces). • Bathroom: Comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of toilets, sinks, tubs/showers, mirrors, and floors. Vents, light fixtures, and switch plates polished and disinfected. • Bedrooms (Two): Full surface dusting, vacuuming or mopping, baseboard detailing, linen reset, and high-touch point sanitization. • Appliance & Cabinet Exteriors: Deep cleaning and polishing of all visible cabinet faces and appliance exteriors in the kitchen and laundry areas. • High Dusting & Ventilation Vents: Removal of built-up dust and debris from ceiling fans, light fixtures, crown moldings, and exterior ventilation vents. NOTE: Additional time beyond the prepaid eight (8) hours is billed per hour and must be paid in full on the same day services are rendered (Cash and/or Credit/Debit Accepted). Laundry and carpet extraction are not included but can be added for an additional charge. KlutterBox reserves the right to reclassify any package that does not align with the specific requirements of your property.

By scheduling services with KlutterBox Cleaning Services (“KlutterBox,” “we,” “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following appointment cancellation terms: 1. Cancellation Notice: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments via the online booking system or through their designated KlutterBox representative. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules to ensure operational efficiency and resource allocation. 2. Non-Refundable Policy: All payments for services, including one-time and membership appointments, are non-refundable. Cancellations made without the required notice may result in forfeiture of pre-paid fees or service credits, in accordance with KlutterBox Terms & Conditions and applicable law. 3. Rescheduling: KlutterBox allows rescheduling to a mutually convenient date and time. Rescheduling is accommodated without additional fees if the notice requirements are met. Membership commitments, including the minimum three-month term, remain unaffected by rescheduled appointments. 4. Corporate Accounts: Clients with approved corporate billing or special arrangements must adhere to pre-established cancellation procedures. Any billing or cancellation disputes must be addressed with the assigned corporate sales representative. 5. KlutterBox Right to Cancel: KlutterBox reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at its sole discretion, including for operational limitations, safety concerns, or staffing constraints. Customers will receive timely notification of any KlutterBox-initiated cancellations. 6. Liability: KlutterBox is not responsible for any inconvenience, losses, or costs resulting from cancellations or rescheduled services. By proceeding with services, Customers agree to hold harmless and indemnify KlutterBox, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims related to cancelled or rescheduled appointments. 7.
