About the Role
Job Description
As a Remote Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and securing new service contracts across assigned U.S. territories. You’ll work independently, with full support from our team, and earn uncapped commissions for each closed contract—plus residuals on recurring services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through digital outreach, cold calling, networking, and virtual presentations.
Promote KlutterBox’s suite of commercial and residential cleaning services to businesses, organizations, and property managers nationwide.
Conduct virtual client consultations and prepare service proposals using our remote tools and templates.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
Coordinate with operations and client onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
Provide ongoing support and relationship management to existing clients.
Represent the KlutterBox brand professionally in all communications and interactions.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven success in sales, business development, or commission-based roles (B2B/B2C).
Background in janitorial services, facility maintenance, facility management, cleaning industry sales, or service-based sales is highly preferred.
Strong virtual communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial in spirit.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role.
Proficiency in digital tools such as CRM platforms, video conferencing, and email marketing tools.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must Have Reliable Transportation (Visit to Clients Properties)
Must be eligible to work in the United States and legally qualify as an independent contractor (Form-1099 status).
Must have a reliable internet connection, smartphone, and computer or tablet for remote work.
Must pass a background check, drug screening, and meet KlutterBox insurance requirements (see below).
Insurance Requirements (Required for All Independent Contractors):
All contractors must provide proof of insurance coverage meeting KlutterBox Cleaning Services’ minimum standards:
Automobile Liability:
Combined Single Limit (Each Accident): Minimum $1,000,000
Coverage must apply to: “Any Auto” or “All Owned Autos”, “Hired Autos”, and “Non-Owned Autos”
Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability:
Statutory Limits must be present
Employer’s Liability – Each Accident: Minimum $100,000
Employer’s Liability – Disease (Each Employee): Minimum $100,000
Employer’s Liability – Disease (Policy Limit): Minimum $500,000

Description of Operations Language must include:
KlutterBox and all others as required by contract are Additional Insured for Ongoing and Completed Operations on a Primary and Non-Contributory basis. Waiver of Subrogation applies. Evidence of Additional Insured status shall be on the ISO form CG 20 43, Additional Insured – Automatic Status When Required In Written Contract or Agreement, which provides automatic insured status for any person or organization for whom the named insured has agreed, in a written contract, to provide coverage.
Compensation
100% Commission-Based – Unlimited/Uncapped earning potential
Generous commissions on every closed deal (Avg. 10%-25% commission per. sale and/or contract)
