About the Role
This is a unique founder-level opportunity to join KlutterBox at its earliest and most exciting stage. As Tech Co-Founder, you will take a leadership role in architecting, developing, and deploying our proprietary technology platforms—from user-facing mobile/web applications to backend systems supporting scheduling, payments, technician dispatch, and customer engagement.
This is a non-paid, equity-based role until KlutterBox begins generating revenue or secures funding. Upon C-Corp incorporation, equity will be distributed on a 7-year vesting schedule at 3% annually, subject to performance and continued contribution.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of KlutterBox’s end-to-end web and mobile app platforms.
• Build and manage system architecture, databases, and APIs to support scalable, secure user interactions.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and product roadmaps.
• Develop proprietary technologies that enable automation, customer engagement, and seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder and business team to align technical strategy with operational goals.
• Maintain documentation, code standards, and version control practices.
• Contribute to the formation of the technology team and hiring roadmap.
Qualifications
• Proven track record building, launching, and scaling SaaS or mobile/web-based applications (ideally consumer-facing).
• Proficiency in full-stack development (frontend and backend).
• Experience with languages such as JavaScript (React, Node.js), Python, Ruby, or similar.
• Understanding of API development, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to lead projects from concept through to launch with minimal supervision.
• Experience with payment gateways, calendar/scheduling tools, and secure user authentication (preferred).
• Prior startup or founder-level experience is highly desirable.
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Consideration will also be given to equivalent professional experience and a robust portfolio of real-world applications.
