TERMS & CONDITIONS

Enrollment in KlutterBox’s monthly membership programs is expressly conditioned upon the execution of a binding service agreement. Each membership tier and/or added property shall be subject to a separate written contract setting forth the specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to the scope of services, billing frequency, cancellation provisions, and any applicable usage limitations. All memberships require a minimum service commitment of three (3) consecutive months. In the event of early termination by the client prior to the fulfillment of this minimum term, KlutterBox reserves the right to assess and collect the full standard (non-discounted) service rate for any month(s) remaining or previously discounted under the agreement. By enrolling in any membership program, the client affirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to be legally bound by all terms and conditions governing such membership.
