ENTRYWAYS & COMMON AREAS • Thorough sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of all floors using disinfectant solutions • Disinfection of high-touch surfaces including doorknobs, light switches, hand railings, and remote controls • Dusting and polishing of furniture, shelving, baseboards, and moldings • Interior glass and window sills cleaned and sanitized • Wall plates and door frames wiped down and disinfected LIVING ROOM & HALLWAYS • Soft furnishings vacuumed and sanitized (cushions, upholstery, and rugs) • Hard surfaces disinfected (coffee tables, shelves, lamps, etc.) • Electronics and commonly used items (TV remotes, game controllers) disinfected • Floors vacuumed and/or mopped with hospital-grade cleaning agents KITCHEN • Countertops and backsplashes deep cleaned and sanitized • Exterior surfaces of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) wiped and disinfected • Sink, faucet, and drain sanitized with anti-bacterial cleaner • Cabinet exteriors and knobs wiped down and disinfected • Floor swept, scrubbed, and mopped with food-safe disinfectant BATHROOM(S) • Toilets, seats, tanks, and bases deep cleaned and disinfected • Showers, tubs, and tiles scrubbed and sanitized using mold- and mildew-targeting agents • Sinks, faucets, mirrors, and vanities thoroughly cleaned and disinfected • Disinfection of all high-touch points including towel bars, toilet handles, and light switches • Trash bins emptied and sanitized • Floors mopped using hospital-grade disinfectants BEDROOM(S) • All surfaces including nightstands, dressers, and lamps dusted and disinfected • Light switches, door handles, and drawer pulls wiped with EPA-approved disinfectant • Linens changed upon request; mattresses and bed frames spot cleaned and sanitized • Floors vacuumed or mopped depending on surface type OPTIONAL ADD-ONS • Inside cabinet cleaning (kitchen, bathroom, pantry) • Interior appliance cleaning (oven, refrigerator) • Window track and blind dusting • Closet organization and sanitizing We bring not only cleanliness but peace of mind—each service is delivered by trained professionals who follow CDC and OSHA-compliant safety protocols to protect your home or business. Note: A minimum of up to three (3) hours of cleaning service is required. Any additional time beyond this will be billed separately at the following hourly rates: • Smaller, less complex jobs: $75 per hour • Larger, more hazardous, or specialized cleanup projects: $135 per hour
