A comprehensive, all-in-one residential cleaning and care package covering: • Living Room Cleaning: Dusting of all surfaces, vacuuming/mopping floors, baseboard wipe-down, and general straightening. • Kitchen Cleaning: Countertops, stove top, sink, exterior appliances, and light dish duty (up to 10 items). • Bathroom Cleaning: Full disinfecting of toilet, sink, tub/shower, mirrors, and floor. Trash removal included. • Laundry Service: 1 load washed, dried, and folded using KlutterBox-supplied detergent (eco-safe options available). • Interior Window Cleaning: Glass and sill wipe-down for up to 8 window panes. • Trash Removal: Removal of waste from cleaned rooms to designated bin. Note: Additional Time Is Billed Separately at $25.00 per. hour

By making a booking, customers agree to abide by the following terms: Booking Confirmation • All bookings made through our online platform are subject to availability. • A booking is ONLY considered confirmed only after full payment and receipt of a booking confirmation email has been received. • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking details provided (e.g., address, telephone number, dates, times, services) are accurate. Payment Terms Payment for services may be required at the time of booking or upon service completion, as specified during the booking process. Accepted Payment Methods: • Credit Card • Debit Card • CashApp (Note: A 3.75% transaction and processing fee applies to all CashApp payments, in addition to the total service fee.) • Prices & Services are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and charges as mandated by law. Cancellation Policy Customer-Initiated Cancellations: • More than 24 hours before the scheduled service: Free cancellation with a full refund. • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of 75% of the total service cost will apply. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Will incur a charge of 100% of the total service fee. • Company-Initiated Cancellations: • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff unavailability, inclement weather, or other force majeure events. • In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. No-Show Policy • Failure to be present at the scheduled time without prior notice will be considered a “no-show” and will result in a charge of 100% of the total service fee. Rescheduling • Customers may request to reschedule their booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be treated as a cancellation and subject to applicable fees. • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by the company.
