What to Expect When Scheduling

Steps In Scheduling Services

For One-Time Service Scheduling:

 

At KlutterBox, we’ve designed our scheduling process to be easy, transparent, secure, and stress-free—because you deserve a clean space without the clutter of confusion.

 

Step 1: Select Your Service Plan

Choose the service package that best fits your budget, property type, and cleaning needs. Whether you’re booking a one-time visit or subscribing to one of our monthly plans, we have options tailored just for you.

 

Step 2: Review & Submit Payment

Once you’ve selected your desired service, review your order carefully. Submit payment securely to lock in your appointment and reserve your slot.

 

Step 3: Email Confirmation

After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email including your invoice and order summary. This email serves as your official proof of booking.

 

Step 4: Personal Service Confirmation

Within 24 hours of booking, a member of our Customer Care Team will contact you to verify all service details and answer any remaining questions you may have.

 

Step 5: Service Reminders

We’ll send you a confirmation text message:

  • 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning

  • The day of service, so you know exactly when to expect our team

For One-Time Cleanings

If you’ve scheduled a one-time service, you’ll need to repeat the full scheduling process for any future cleanings—unless you opt into a monthly subscription plan. We do this to ensure each visit is tailored to your specific and current needs.

For Monthly Subscription Plans

If you’ve subscribed to one of our monthly cleaning packages:

  • Your card on file will be automatically billed according to your selected plan.

  • Billing occurs no later than the same day your cleaning services and membership are set to begin.

 

Important: It is your responsibility to ensure your customer profile remains accurate throughout the duration of your subscription.  All monthly subscriptions require a minimum three (3) month commitment. If services are canceled before the end of the 3-month term, you will be charged the remaining balance of the full three-service agreement on the day of cancellation.
