KLUTTERBOX CLEANING SERVICES -

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

At KlutterBox Cleaning Services (“KlutterBox,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we value both our clients’ time and our team’s time. To ensure fairness, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policy, the following terms apply to all scheduled appointments:

 

1. Notice Requirement:

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

 

2. Cancellations With Proper Notice:

If cancellation or rescheduling is made at least 24 hours in advance, no additional cancellation fee will apply. Prepaid deposits or service retainers, however, remain non-refundable but may be credited toward a future service at KlutterBox’s discretion.

 

3. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours):

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Prepaid deposits and service retainers remain non-refundable.

 

4. No-Shows:

If our team arrives at your property and is unable to gain access, or if the appointment is missed without notice, the full service fee will not be refunded and/or no credit will be applied towards future services and/or rescheduled services. this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Non-Refundable Payments:

All payments, deposits, and service retainers are non-refundable once submitted. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. At KlutterBox’s sole discretion, a service credit may be applied to a future appointments/rescheduled dates and times best suitable for the customer's schedule.

 

6. Emergencies & Exceptions:

We understand unforeseen events may occur. KlutterBox reserves the right to review cancellations on a case-by-case basis and determine if fees or credits will be adjusted.

 

7. Company Cancellations:

If KlutterBox must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, hazardous weather, or safety concerns), clients will be notified as soon as possible, and prepaid deposits or fees may be credited toward a rescheduled service.

 

8. Communication:

9. Agreement:

By booking services with KlutterBox, clients acknowledge and agree to this Appointment Cancellation & Non-Refund Policy in full.
