1. Purpose

The KlutterBox e-gift card (the “Gift Card”) is issued by KlutterBox, LLC (“KlutterBox,” “we,” or “us”) and may be used as a form of payment for goods and services offered by KlutterBox. These terms govern the purchase, use, and redemption of Gift Cards and constitute a legally binding agreement between the purchaser, the recipient, and KlutterBox.

 

2. Purchase and Delivery

• Gift Cards may be purchased online at www.KlutterBox.com or through authorized KlutterBox sales channels.

• Upon purchase, the Gift Card will be delivered electronically via email to the purchaser or designated recipient.

 

3. Redemption

• Gift Cards are redeemable solely for services provided by KlutterBox.

• Redemption may occur online, over the phone, or in person by presenting the unique Gift Card code.

• Gift Cards may be applied in full or in part toward the total purchase price of services. Any remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card for future use.

4. Value and Expiration

• No Expiration: The monetary value of a Gift Card does not expire and remains valid until fully redeemed.

• Gift Cards are issued in U.S. dollars and are not redeemable for cash, except as required by applicable law.

 

5. Restrictions and Limitations

• Gift Cards may not be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

• Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly authorized by KlutterBox.

• Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized Gift Cards will not be replaced. Treat your Gift Card as cash.

 

6. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

• Gift Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• No interest or other earnings will accrue on the unused balance.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflicts of law principles; Any disputes arising from or relating to the Gift Card shall be resolved in accordance with applicable state or federal law.
