Position Overview

We are hiring Field Quality Assurance (QA) Technicians to inspect and render residential cleaning and commercial janitorial services. This role is hands-on, involving cleaning, sanitation, laundry handling, handling of chemicals & equipment, and client property, while also ensuring that work meets KlutterBox’s quality, safety, and compliance standards. QA Technicians play a key role in maintaining excellence and delivering outstanding services to our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform residential cleaning and commercial janitorial services, following detailed work orders, safety procedures, and KlutterBox standards.

  • Manage pickup, delivery, washing, drying, and folding of client clothing, ensuring services meet both client instructions and KlutterBox protocols.

  • Conduct on-site quality checks to confirm services meet the KlutterKlean Service Satisfaction Promise

  • Complete digital reports, document findings, and submit corrective actions when necessary

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and client-specific guidelines

  • Safely handle and transport supplies, equipment, and materials

  • Provide exceptional customer service and conflict resolution with professionalism

  • Safely lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 95 lbs with team assistance

 

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age (or turning 18 prior to hire)

  • Must hold an active driver’s license in good standing with reliable transportation

  • Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or facilities services preferred but not required—training provided

  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks, including fingerprinting (cost reimbursed after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period)

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for inspections and reporting

  • Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

 

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Flexible scheduling based on client needs.

  • Evening and weekend availability may be required.

  • No work on major holidays (New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day).

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with performance-based increase opportunities.
