By utilizing KlutterBox Cleaning Services (“KlutterBox,” “we,” “our”) online booking platform, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Online Booking Requirement: All service appointments, including one-time and membership services, must be scheduled via our online booking system or through a KlutterBox sales representative. Full pre-payment is required to confirm all bookings. 2. Service Packages & Hours: Each service package includes a preset number of hours. Additional hours beyond the pre-paid allocation will be invoiced separately and are due on the service day, unless the Customer has pre-approved corporate billing terms. 3. Membership Services: Memberships cover one property per agreement. Additional properties require separate agreements or a custom quote. Memberships have a minimum three-month commitment; early termination obligates payment for the full three months or the equivalent service value. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable. Customers may reschedule services via the online system without penalty, subject to adequate notice. KlutterBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for repeated cancellations or violations of booking policies. 5. Confirmation & Communication: Upon booking, Customers receive a confirmation email or SMS. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring accessibility for service personnel. 6. Liability: KlutterBox is not responsible for scheduling errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer. All services are rendered in accordance with KlutterBox Terms & Conditions, including liability limitations and hold harmless agreements. 7. Corporate & Special Requests: Corporate clients with approved billing arrangements must adhere to pre-established invoicing terms. Specialized service requests must be communicated via the online system or directly with the Customer’s assigned sales representative. 8. Modifications: KlutterBox reserves the right to update or amend this Online Booking Policy at any time. Continued use of the online booking system constitutes acceptance of the most current policy.
