Eligibility Requirements:

Participation in the Shine It Forward Contest is open only to anyone who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. By submitting a nomination, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

Geographic Limitations:

This contest is valid only in the State of New Jersey and the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania metropolitan area. Nominees must reside within these areas to be eligible to receive services. Any nominations submitted for individuals outside of these defined service areas will be disqualified.

No Purchase Necessary:

No purchase, payment, or financial obligation of any kind is required to enter or win. Making a purchase with KlutterBox Cleaning Services will not increase your chances of selection.

Entry Rules:

Limit one (1) nomination per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification. KlutterBox reserves the right to disqualify entries that contain false, offensive, or misleading information or that otherwise violate the spirit or intent of the contest.

Prize Conditions:

The prize consists of one (1) complimentary professional deep cleaning of two (2) rooms, provided by KlutterBox Cleaning Services. Approximate retail value: $250+. No cash or prize substitution is allowed. The prize is non-transferable and must be scheduled within 60 days of notification, subject to availability and standard service terms. Winner must allow access to the premises and sign a standard service release.

Winner Selection:

All eligible nominations will be reviewed, and a winner will be selected based on merit, sincerity, and alignment with contest criteria. All decisions are final and at the sole discretion of KlutterBox Cleaning Services.

Publicity and Consent:

By submitting a nomination, you grant KlutterBox the right (but not the obligation) to use the nominee’s and nominator’s name, likeness, submitted story, and general location (city/state) for marketing, promotional, and public relations purposes, including on websites and social media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Consent will be confirmed before public posting.

Privacy and Data Use:

Personal information collected during the nomination process will be used solely for the purposes of contest administration and will be handled in accordance with KlutterBox’s Privacy Policy and all applicable data privacy laws. No information will be sold or shared with third parties.

Legal Compliance:

This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants are responsible for complying with any applicable laws, rules, or guidelines governing participation in contests or promotions in their jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability:

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless KlutterBox Cleaning Services, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with participation in this contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.

Modifications and Termination:

KlutterBox reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or any other factors beyond its reasonable control that compromise the fairness or integrity of the contest.
