KLUTTERBOX CLEANING SERVICES -
ONLINE BOOKING POLICY

At KlutterBox Cleaning Services (“KlutterBox,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to make scheduling convenient, secure, and transparent. By booking services through our website or online booking system, you (“client,” “customer,” or “you”) agree to the following terms:

 

1. Booking Confirmation:

All online bookings are considered requests until confirmed by KlutterBox. Clients will receive a confirmation via email, text message, or phone call. Only confirmed bookings are guaranteed.

 

2. Deposit & Payment:

A non-refundable deposit or full prepayment (as specified at checkout) is required to secure your appointment. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. All payments and deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services at KlutterBox’s sole discretion.

 

3. Accuracy of Information:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate property details, service requirements, and contact information during booking. KlutterBox is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

 

4. Appointment Windows:

Service times are provided as appointment windows (e.g., 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM) to allow for traffic, job length variations, and scheduling logistics. Our team will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, but timing is not guaranteed.

 

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

All online bookings are subject to KlutterBox’s Appointment Cancellation & Non-Refund Policy, which requires 24 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposits or full charges.

 

6. Service Limitations:

Online booking is available for standard cleaning services. Specialized or large-scale projects (e.g., post-construction, hazardous cleanup, commercial contracts) may require a custom quote and cannot be confirmed solely through the online booking system.

 

7. Security & Privacy:

All personal and payment information submitted through our online booking system is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and protected under a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). KlutterBox does not sell, share, or disclose client data.

 

8. Changes by KlutterBox:

KlutterBox reserves the right to modify or reschedule bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including staff illness, severe weather, safety concerns, or operational issues. Clients will be notified promptly, and payments may be credited toward a rescheduled appointment.

 

9. Agreement:

By submitting an online booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Online Booking Policy, our Appointment Cancellation Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our full Terms & Conditions available at www.klutterbox.com/terms-conditions.
