Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Technical Co-Founder / CTO to lead the development and strategic direction of our technology platform. This role will focus on full-stack mobile development, software engineering, coding excellence, and R&D/IP innovation, building scalable technology solutions that drive the company’s growth and competitive advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack mobile application development for iOS and Android (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, Node.js, Python).

• Develop and enforce coding standards, software architecture, and best practices to ensure robust, maintainable, and secure systems.

• Drive R&D and intellectual property development, transforming innovative concepts into scalable products and proprietary technology.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technology roadmap and long-term strategic vision.

• Mentor and manage engineering teams, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and accountability.

• Oversee cloud infrastructure, APIs (REST/GraphQL), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.

• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI/ML solutions, and automation opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and software quality best practices.

 

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 5–10+ years in full-stack mobile development, software engineering, or technology leadership.

• Proven track record in R&D, prototyping, and IP development.

• Strong coding skills and experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable software.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and system architecture.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a startup environment with long-term commitment to growth.
