KlutterBox, LLC E-Gift Card Policy

Overview

KlutterBox, LLC (“KlutterBox,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers electronic gift cards (“E-Gift Cards” or “Gift Cards”) to customers for the purchase and redemption of KlutterBox services. All E-Gift Cards are issued and processed in partnership with Block, Inc. (formerly known as Square, Inc.) (“Block”), which provides payment processing and digital card management infrastructure. By purchasing, receiving, redeeming, or otherwise using a KlutterBox E-Gift Card, you (“Cardholder” or “Recipient”) agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this E-Gift Card Policy (“Policy”) as well as Block, Inc.’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

 

Issuance and Processing

All KlutterBox E-Gift Cards are electronically issued, processed, and stored through Block’s secure payment system. KlutterBox does not collect or store full payment instrument details related to gift card purchases. Upon successful purchase, a digital E-Gift Card and unique redemption code will be delivered to the recipient via email or SMS, as designated at checkout. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the recipient’s contact information at the time of purchase.

Redemption and Use

E-Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively for eligible KlutterBox services, including residential and commercial cleaning, sanitation, or other services as publicly offered by KlutterBox, LLC.

 

E-Gift Cards:

• May not be used to purchase other gift cards, prepaid cards, or for payment of unrelated third-party products or services;

• May not be redeemed for cash or credit, except as required by applicable state or federal law;

• Do not accrue interest or entitle the holder to any dividends, ownership rights, or financial participation in KlutterBox, LLC;

• Are single-issuer instruments and have no value outside the KlutterBox service network.

 

Redemption may only be completed by providing the valid E-Gift Card code at the time of service booking or payment checkout. Possession of the E-Gift Card and code constitutes authorization to redeem the associated balance.

 

Risk of Loss, Theft, or Unauthorized Use

KlutterBox, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, altered, destroyed, or otherwise compromised E-Gift Card, nor for any unauthorized use or redemption of an E-Gift Card. E-Gift Cards should be safeguarded in the same manner as cash, personal credit cards, or bank information. Once issued, the Cardholder or Recipient bears the sole risk of loss. KlutterBox is under no obligation to reissue or replace any E-Gift Card or remaining balance that is lost, stolen, or misused, whether through technological error, email interception, or unauthorized access.

Refunds and Cancellations

All E-Gift Card sales are final. E-Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be provided for unused balances or unredeemed cards. In the event of technical or transactional error on the part of Block, Inc., customers must contact Block’s support team directly in accordance with Block’s published dispute resolution procedures.

Balance Management and Inquiries

Cardholders may verify the remaining balance or transaction history of their KlutterBox E-Gift Card at any time via the secure KlutterBox E-Gift Card Portal provided by Block, Inc. KlutterBox, LLC reserves the right to correct any clerical or computational errors relating to gift card balances, whether arising from system malfunction, human error, or fraudulent activity.

Expiration and Fees

KlutterBox E-Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to maintenance, dormancy, or inactivity fees. Balances will remain available for redemption until fully depleted, subject to applicable law.

 

Fraud Prevention and Misuse

KlutterBox reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, deactivate, cancel, or suspend any E-Gift Card if we believe it was obtained fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of this Policy. KlutterBox may request additional verification or identification from purchasers or recipients to validate ownership before honoring redemption requests. Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory agencies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• KlutterBox, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use an E-Gift Card.

• KlutterBox’s total aggregate liability under this Policy shall not exceed the unredeemed balance of the E-Gift Card at issue.

• All warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under or relating to this Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The venue for any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be Atlantic County, New Jersey.

 

Amendments and Modifications

KlutterBox, LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this E-Gift Card Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such modification shall become effective upon publication to the official KlutterBox website. Continued use or redemption of E-Gift Cards after changes to this Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
