Who Qualifies

 

This program is open to individuals and entities who meet all eligibility requirements below. To qualify, participants must be:

• Influencers, social media group administrators, or page owners who actively manage a public community or audience.

• Small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) interested in affiliating with KlutterBox™ through customer referrals.

• Micro-influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors seeking ethical collaboration opportunities.

• Any individual with at least 3,000 genuine followers or members across their social media platforms or community groups.

 

Additional Requirements

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment.

• Participants must reside or conduct business within New Jersey and/or the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area.

• All participants must maintain active, public, and authentic social media accounts where they can responsibly promote KlutterBox™.

• Companies or organizations must designate one authorized representative to manage communication and participation.

 

KlutterBox™ reserves the right to verify eligibility, request supporting documentation (e.g., analytics, verification of followers, or business registration), and decline participation at its discretion.

 

 

Program Rewards

 

Reward Structure:

• When you refer six (6) or more new customers, and each referred customer:

• Schedules and completes a minimum 4-hour Standard or Deep Cleaning Service, and

• Makes full payment directly to KlutterBox™, you will receive one (1) complimentary 4-hour cleaning service redeemable for your residence or your small/medium-sized business.

 

Additional Reward Details:

• The complimentary cleaning covers up to 4 hours of service for a standard cleaning scope only.

• Add-ons, specialty cleanings, or additional hours are available at standard rates.

• Rewards are non-cumulative; for every additional six (6) completed referrals, you earn another 4-hour cleaning.

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

• Rewards must be redeemed within six (6) months of issuance.

 

 

How Referrals Are Tracked

• Each approved participant will receive a unique affiliate promo code or referral link.

• This code provides referred customers with 10% off their final invoice.

• KlutterBox™ uses this code to track, verify, and validate referral activity and reward eligibility.

• Only bookings completed using your official code or link will count toward your referral total.

 

Tracking Terms:

• Codes must be applied by the customer at the time of booking; retroactive credit cannot be applied.

• KlutterBox™ is not responsible for errors due to incorrect code use, sharing expired codes, or customer oversight.

• Fraudulent, self-generated, or manipulated referrals (e.g., self-booking under your own code) will not be honored.

 

What Counts as a Completed Referral

A referral is considered “completed” when all the following conditions are met:

1. The referred customer schedules a qualifying cleaning using your unique promo code or link.

2. Full payment is successfully processed and received by KlutterBox™.

3. The scheduled cleaning service is completed without cancellation, refund, or dispute.

 

Invalid or Disqualified Referrals Include:

• Cancelled and/or Customer No Calls-No-Showsbookings as outlined KluttersBox Terms & Conditions and Booking Policies.

• Bookings by the participant, family, household members, or business associates.

• Duplicate or unverifiable customer data.

• Transactions resulting from false claims or deceptive marketing.

 

 

Reward Rules, Validity & Expiration

• Verification: Rewards are issued only after six (6) qualifying cleanings are verified and approved by KlutterBox™. Verification may take up to 14 business days from the last qualifying service.

• Redemption: Complimentary cleanings must be scheduled and redeemed within six (6) months of issuance.

• Non-Transferable: Rewards are exclusive to the participant or their registered business and cannot be transferred or sold.

• No Cash Value: Rewards cannot be redeemed for money, credit, or other compensation.

• Non-Stackable: Referral rewards may not be combined with other KlutterBox™ offers, gift cards, or promotions.

• Scheduling: Redemption is subject to KlutterBox’s service availability and coverage area.

• Expired rewards will not be reinstated or extended under any circumstance.

 

 

Promotional Materials, Professionalism & Ethical Conduct

KlutterBox maintains a strong commitment to professional integrity, ethical marketing, and brand consistency. As a participant in this program, you agree to the following:

 

a. Use of Promotional Materials

• Participants may use only official promotional materials provided or pre-approved by KlutterBox™ (e.g., logos, photos, videos, service descriptions, or templates).

• Materials must not be altered, distorted, or modified in a way that changes the brand message, appearance, or quality representation.

• Any self-created promotional content must be truthful, respectful, and representative of KlutterBox™’s actual services and standards.

• Participants must not use KlutterBox™ trademarks, slogans, or intellectual property in ways that suggest partnership, employment, or ownership beyond this referral arrangement.

 

b. Professional & Ethical Behavior

• Participants must conduct themselves with honesty, integrity, and professionalism when representing KlutterBox™.

• Misrepresentation of KlutterBox™’s services, employees, prices, or results is strictly prohibited.

• Participants may not engage in behavior that could harm the reputation, credibility, or customer trust of KlutterBox™, including defamatory remarks, false claims, or misleading comparisons.

• Offensive, discriminatory, or unethical marketing (including spam, harassment, or deceptive advertising) is strictly forbidden.

• Participants must comply with all social media policies, advertising standards, FTC disclosure laws, and any applicable state or federal regulations regarding affiliate promotion.

 

c. Violations & Consequences

If any participant is found to have:

Misused KlutterBox™ branding, logos, or trademarks,

Published false, defamatory, or misleading statements,

Engaged in unethical, dishonest, or unprofessional conduct,

KlutterBox™ reserves the right to:

• Revoke all earned or pending rewards;

• Suspend or terminate participation in the program;

• Pursue damages for harm caused to KlutterBox™’s brand or business reputation;

• Notify social media platforms or affiliates of the violation where applicable.

 

All determinations of misconduct or ethical breach are final and made at KlutterBox™’s sole discretion.

Abuse, Fraud, or Misuse

KlutterBox™ enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any abuse of the program. Prohibited acts include:

• Creating fake or duplicate customer accounts.

• Engaging in self-referrals or falsifying bookings.

• Misrepresenting KlutterBox™ or promising unapproved incentives.

• Manipulating or tampering with tracking systems or payment records.

 

Enforcement Actions:

• Immediate revocation of any and all rewards.

• Termination from the program without notice, which will result in being Blacklisted from reapplying in the future.

• Permanent disqualification from future KlutterBox™ collaborations.

• Legal or financial remedies for damages or losses.

 

KlutterBox™ retains full discretion in determining whether an act constitutes abuse or misuse.

Dispute Policy:

• All disputes must be submitted in writing within 15 days of notification.

• KlutterBox™ will review and respond within 10 business days.

• If unresolved, both parties agree to enter good faith mediation before pursuing any legal remedies.

• All matters are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, under the exclusive jurisdiction of Gloucester County.

Program Modifications & Termination

KlutterBox™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Referral & Affiliate Program at any time, with or without prior notice.

• Continued participation after any update signifies acceptance of revised terms.

• KlutterBox™ will make reasonable efforts to notify active participants of substantial changes.
