Position Overview

We are seeking Part-Time Quality Assurance (QA) Technicians to join our growing team. QA Technicians are responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and ensuring that cleaning and maintenance services in residential and commercial facilities meet KlutterBox’s quality, safety, and compliance standards. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in accountability and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled and random quality inspections of residential and commercial client facilities.

  • Verify that cleaning standards, checklists, and protocols are being met by field technicians.

  • Document findings, prepare digital reports, and submit corrective action requests when needed.

  • Collaborate with operations and field teams to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA requirements, and client-specific guidelines.

  • Monitor supply usage, equipment condition, and adherence to KlutterBox protocols.

  • Provide feedback, coaching, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in quality assurance, janitorial, facilities management, or related field is recommended but not required—we provide full training.

  • Must be willing and able to pass both a state and federal background screening, including fingerprinting (cost will be reimbursed after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period).

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to use mobile applications or digital tools for reporting.

  • Familiarity with OSHA standards, cleaning protocols, and safety practices a plus.

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client sites as needed.

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-Time Position: Flexible scheduling, 15–25 hours per week depending on client needs.

  • Evening and weekend availability may be required.

  • Competitive hourly pay starting at $19.75/hour with opportunities for performance-based increases.

  • Training provided; uniform and PPE supplied.
